Important Instruction regarding Annual Concert – 2019

Date: 03^rd March 2019 (Sunday)

Venue:  Madhusudan Mancha, Dhakuria

Kids Reporting Time: 8.30 AM

Auditorium Gate Opens for Parents / Guests: 9.30 AM

Concert Timing:10 AM – 1 PM       

• Parent is advised to ensure that the Child is regular to school for the rehearsal purpose.
• Parent should bring their ward completely dressed (function dress) along with make-up done from home.
• Parent is requested to reach the venue on time as mentioned above
• The dress & Props of your ward should be collected from school office within 28^th February  and 1^st March 2019, Time: 11 AM to 4 PM daily from respective Centre / Branch
• Parent can collect their Invitation card (For two persons only) within 25^th till 27^th February 2019 from their respective Branch / Centre. For additional invitation pass / card, an amount of Rs.350/- is applicable per person. Since the additional Invite Cards / Passes are very limited, you may Pre-book the required passes now to avoid any rush or disappointment.
• Please note that no child would be received or handed over to anyone without Proper and Valid Identity Card. Do not forget to fix the identity card on your ward and carry the parent I Card with you.
• Parents of Kids who have been selected for High Schools and are part of Convocation 2019 - Should provide one set of Dress (White Upper and Black Lower) and one Red Colour silk Scarf (Size- 2feet / 2feet) for the Convocation ceremony.
